Early visit today (hello again, 5 a.m.!), but a short one. No changes this morning except for another increase in feeds. I called just now for an update. Her nurse today is a Jazzercise instructor, so really, Eve couldn't get any better than that right? Same oxygen levels and another small increase in feeds. She had her last dose of steroids today, which I'm relieved to hear. We were told the steroids could take a couple of days before we see the full effects, so hopefully we will see her oxygen and pressure needs decrease this week.
Trevor said he wants Eve to "come home now." And Nicholas has an uncontrollable smile when he looks at pics of her. I wish they could meet her soon.
